At YERA Exports, we aim to deliver your products in a fast, safe, and reliable manner. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS for real-time updates on your order status.
We ship across India and internationally using trusted courier partners. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected at checkout. For bulk or custom orders, shipping timelines may vary and will be communicated individually.
All items are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. In case your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged goods and packaging.
Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. In case of exchanges, we will ship the replacement item after the returned item is received and verified.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made or personalized products unless they are defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
